ELI: THE E-LIBRARIAN
To ensure inclusive and accessible library services, especially for clients who may have mobility challenges, the Occidental Mindoro State College Library launched ELI: The E-Librarian, a virtual assistance service. Through ELI, users can conveniently reach out to the library via Facebook Messenger, email, or phone call. This initiative supports PWD clients and other users who are unable to physically access the library by providing real-time support, research assistance, and access to library services—all from the comfort of their homes or accessible spaces.
This service exemplifies the library’s commitment to digital transformation and inclusive information access.
