LIBRARY ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Ms. Anniezeth A. Antolin, RL MLIS serves as the Head College Librarian III at the OMSC College Library, overseeing operations across multiple campuses. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Library Science from the Philippine Normal University and completed her Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2017.
Ms. Antolin holds the role of Vice President (Occidental Mindoro) in the Oriental-Occidental Mindoro Librarians Association (OMLA). She actively participates in several prestigious organizations such as the Philippine Librarians Association, Inc. (PLAI), the Philippine Association of Academic Research Librarian (PAARL), and the Southern Tagalog Region Librarians Council (STRLC).
Within the OMSC Institution, Ms. Antolin serves as a member of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) - Technical Working Group. In this capacity, she oversees the procurement of books and other library resources, ensuring that all requests meet the necessary specifications.
Ms. Lady Glydel A. Baculo, RL, serves as the College Librarian I at the San Jose Campus. Previously, she held the position of College Librarian I at the OMSC Murtha Campus for three years. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from City College of Calapan. Currently, she is pursuing her Master's degree in Library and Information Science at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, having completed having completed the academic requirements and now working on her dissertation.. She has been a registered librarian since 2018.
Ms. Baculo actively engages in various esteemed organizations, including the Philippine Librarians Association, Inc. (PLAI), the Philippine Association of Academic Research Librarians (PAARL), Southern Tagalog Region Librarians Council (STRLC), and the Oriental-Occidental Mindoro Librarians Association (OMLA). She has also served as the Auditor of the MLIS Society Student Council at Polytechnic University of the Philippines since 2022.

Ms. Marlive C. Rotoni, RL, brings five years of dedicated service as the College Librarian I at the Sablayan Campus, where she has consistently contributed to the academic and intellectual growth of the institution. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from the esteemed Adventist University of the Philippines.
Ms. Rotoni is a member of the following organizations; Philippine Librarians Association, Inc. (PLAI), the Philippine Association of Academic Research Librarians (PAARL), the Southern Tagalog Region Librarians Council (STRLC), and the Oriental-Occidental Mindoro Librarians Association (OMLA).
Ms. Aissa B. Patriarca, RL, is the College Librarian I at Mamburao Campus. Her academic journey commenced at City College of Calapan, where she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science in 2018. Currently, she is engaged in advancing her expertise through the pursuit of a Master's degree in Library and Information Science at Polytechnic University of the Philippines, having completed 30 units thus far. She has been a registered librarian since 2018.

Ms. Livon C. Mateo, RL currently serves as the Librarian Designate / Instructor 1 at Main Campus, balancing roles as both a librarian and faculty member with a teaching load of 9 equivalent units. Her journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from City College of Calapan, setting a foundation for her career in academia and library sciences. Actively advancing her expertise, she is presently pursuing her Master's degree in Library and Information Science at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, having completed 30 units thus far. She has been a registered librarian since 2019.
